The Ultimate Car Show

The Ultimate Car Show hosts Vendor Alley, our outdoor market. We are looking for vendors that share our love of cars. If you are interested in having a booth please complete this Vendor Application Form.

  • Schedule of Activities (to come)
  • Stroll the grounds to see a stunning line-up of cars, from the ordinary to the extraordinary, and exchange stories with their owners along the way.
  • Watch starting demonstrations of Museum vehicles from the early 1900s.
  • Bring a donation for the Wetaskiwin Food Bank. (this donation is in addition to your regular admission) 
  • Enjoy music from our onsite DJ
  • Check out the Vendor Village, Food Trucks, and the Museum Restaurant 
  • Display ends at 4:00 pm.

Other things you need to know:

  • Arrive early, doors to the Museum open at 10 am.
  • Purchase your admission tickets in advance (available May 1st). Admission includes the car show, access to the main Museum building and the Aviation Display Hangar.
  • Be prepared, the display is very large with more than 600 vehicles in a grass field, and there will be no shuttle service.
  • Private golf carts are not permitted.
  • Please consider leaving your pets at home. Pets on a leash are permitted on the grounds but are not allowed in any of the Museum buildings.

To Show Your Car:

Registration is now open.

Registered Vehicle Information:

  • Arrive early to avoid the lineup - the East Gate by the warehouse will open at 7:30 am
  • After parking your vehicle, please check in at the Registration Tent to receive:
    • your registration package
    • your souvenir dash plaque
    • wristband for free admission to the Museum for you and your passengers 
    • optional pre-purchased breakfast tickets (see information below)
  • Trailers can park at the back of the museum
  • Please bring your donation for the Wetaskiwin Food Bank to the Registration Tent.

Registered Participant Breakfast:

  • 7:30 am to 10 am.
  • Scrambled eggs, sausage, croissant and jam, orange juice, coffee and tea.
  • $15 plus GST.
  • Breakfast will be in the Museum Restaurant.
  • Tickets on sale June 22 to July 3, no tickets available at the door.
  • Please pick up your pre-paid tickets at the Registration Tent, the morning of the event.
