Birthday Parties (Ages 5-12)
Our birthday parties are offered in 4 themes:
- Cars Cars Cars! Explore the early years of transportation while hunting for treasure
- Barrel Rolls and Belly Laughs: Discover the thrill of early aviation
- Start Your Engines: Design and build your own race car (ages 9 to 12)
- Horses, Hay, and Tractors: Fun with old-time games and a farm-related craft to take home
Ages: 5-12 (activities are not suitable for children under 5)
Dates available: All year, must be booked at least two weeks in advance
Total time: 2 hours of guided programs and room rental for 1 hour
Cost: $125 for up to 10 children and 2 adults
- $12.50 per additional child
- Additional adults pay regular admission rates
- Supervision required: 2 adults per 10 children
- Payment is required one week prior to booking
All Birthday Parties include:
- 2 hours of staff-led activities (crafts and games)
- Use of a private room
- A goodie bag for each child
Pre-booked meals are available through the Restaurant for an additional charge.
Sleepovers (Ages 5-14)
Choose from 1 of 5 themes:

- Homesteaders Boot Camp
Ages: 5-14 (please note activities are not suitable for children under 5)
Dates available: October to March
Suggested arrival time:
- 4 p.m. if you have booked a catered supper at the museum
- 7 p.m. without supper
Program ends: 11 a.m. the next day
Cost: $1,875 for up to 25 people
- $75 per additional person (adult/child)
- A ratio of 1 adult per 5 children is required
- Add supper for an additional $15 per person
- Payment is required in advance
Sleepovers include:
- Staff-guided interactive programs
- A craft to make and take home
- Games
- Buffet breakfast
- Souvenir crest
Youth Day Program (Ages 5-12)
We offer guided hands-on activities and opportunities to explore the museum to ensure your group will have a fun, educational experience.
Ages: 5-12
Dates available: July and August
Total time: Up to 4 hours
Cost: $9 per youth
- Minimum supervision ratio of 1 adult per 10 youth
- Minimum fees may apply, contact Booking Coordinator for details
This program includes:
- Admission to the Reynolds Museum
- Welcome orientation
- Guided activities and games
- Time to explore the galleries
Little Explorers (Pre-school)
Explore the museum through themed, staff-guided activities. Children will learn by playing games, exploring the Museum, and creating a craft to take home. No registration is required.
Ages: Under 7, children must be accompanied by an adult.
Dates Available: every Wednesday January 8, 2025 to February 26, 2025.
Total Time: 10 am to 12 noon
Cost: General admission is required. Children under 7 are free.
