Wedding Package

Make the Reynolds-Alberta Museum the backdrop for your big day! The ceremony takes place in our tiered 120 seat theatre. Guests can enjoy the museum while the wedding couple have their photos taken* with our beautiful artifacts including a luxurious Duesenberg car and a gigantic Oil Pull tractor. Reception will be held in the newly renovated Cruisers Café, which overlooks Alberta’s prairie landscape.

Special Event Photography

Commemorate your wedding or special occasion with photos taken at the Reynolds-Alberta Museum.

Dates available: All year, except during museum events

Total time: 2 hours

Cost: $150

  • Session length may be extended by previous arrangement with museum staff.
  • A staff person will be assigned to assist with access to pre-approved locations.
  • The museum reserves the right to determine which artifacts may appear in photos and the context of their use.

Theatre Rental

Our theatre is great for workshops, lectures, or presentations for up to 130 people.

It features tiered seating, a built-in sound system, and large projection screen.

Capacity: 117 to 130

Fee:

  • $200 half day (morning, afternoon, or evening)
  • $300 full day (morning + afternoon, or afternoon + evening)

Staff Hosts: $30 per hour

  • Functions taking place after regular museum hours require staff hosting.
  • Staff time for set up and clean up will also be charged.
  • The museum determines the number of hosts required.

Great Hall Rental

Unique ambiance among some of the museum’s finest artifacts and overlooking the main exhibition gallery. Ideal for receptions, award ceremonies, or dinners.

  • Receptions – 500
  • Dinners – 150

Fee:

  • $500 – Reception
  • $1,500 – Dinner (includes artifact movement)

Ted Reynolds Conference Room Rental

A great venue for small meetings, informal gatherings, presentations, or workshops.

Capacity: 20

Fee:

  • $75 half day
  • $100 full day

Cruisers Café Rental

This bright, inviting space overlooks Alberta’s prairie landscape and the Reynolds-Alberta Museum mining equipment display.

The Café includes a smaller Enclosure Meeting Room that can be separated from the main dining area for small meetings or dinners.

  • Café - 100
  • Enclosure – 40

Fee:

  • Enclosure - $75 half day or evening
  • Cruisers Café - $75 half day or evening
  • Book food services with our Café and rental fee is waived
