I have read and understand the Waiver of Liability for the Ride to Reynolds and agree to abide by it.

The Vendor acknowledges that the Reynolds Museum recommends that all vendors participating in the Ride to Reynolds event maintain general liability insurance coverage, although this coverage is not a mandatory requirement for vendors. This in no way relieves the Vendor of responsibility for any claim for which they are legally responsible, and the Vendor accepts full responsibility for any and all costs associated with such a loss. The Vendor further acknowledges that no protection is available to them under the Government of Alberta’s Risk Management Fund.

The Vendor shall be responsible for insuring its own property directly or indirectly connected with the Ride to Reynolds event and waives its right of recourse against the Reynolds Museum with regard to any loss or damage whatsoever to such owned property, whether caused by negligence of the Reynolds Museum or not.
