The Ultimate Car Show Registration

Event Date: Saturday, July 11, 2026 10 am to 4 pm (Museum closes at 5 pm)

You must complete one registration form for each vehicle you wish to register.

  • Registration is free and includes admission to the Reynolds Museum for the day of the event. 
  • Registered vehicles arrive on site between 7:30 am and 10:00 am and stay until 4 pm. 
  • Due to safety concerns, late arrivals will not be permitted to park in the display area. 
  • Parking will be on a first-come first-parked basis.
  • Vehicles will be parked on the grass. 
  • Car Clubs may meet in the main parking lot to gather and then enter the grassed area as one group. 
  • Trailers have a designated area to park behind the Museum.
  • Owners are responsible for the security, protection, and insurance of their vehicle while on display.
